The 21st Century Model

• Kids interact in the library. Chatter is constant. Food is allowed. Reading is automatic. Information is shared not hoarded. The librarian is the most important person on campus and the one who holds the key to student success.

The Traditional Library is Dead

• In the old system, Circs mattered above all else, number of class visits and drop-ins indicated value, number of books purchased in the library demonstrated need for a library budget.
