THANKS

An organization geared for success and growth needs a foundation of values, expertise and experience that encompasses both its history and the people who make it what it is: the organizations’ employees, donors and stakeholders.

At Volunteer Kalamazoo, sustainability- the future direction that was fostered by our organization’s leaders back in 1965 and continues to benefit our customers, and society today- is an integral part of our foundation.

And this foundation is the basis for the organizational strategy that’s now enabling hundreds of thousands of volunteers in Kalamazoo to channel their knowledge and skills into providing solutions to community needs.

In this year’s Annual Report, we present three focus areas that showcase our pioneering role in addressing community needs through volunteerism.

BUILD. CONNECT. PROMOTE.

As you review this report, these three focus areas highlight just a few of the initiatives spawned by the ideas and know-how of our employees and board of directors that is realized by the strength of Volunteer Kalamazoo.

And it’s this strength that’s enabling us to break new ground and set milestones for progress and development in volunteerism.
