VISITOR INFORMATION

We produce large aerostructures and components of the

world’s premier aircraft.

Spirit AeroSystems is one of the

world’s largest independent producers

of commercial aerostructures. Our core

products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles

and wing components. We have long-term

agreements in place with our largest customers,

Boeing and Airbus. Other major customers

include Bombardier, Rolls-Royce, Mitsubishi,

Sikorsky and Bell Helicopter. More than eight decades

of expertise in the design and manufacturing of flight

technology form the foundation of Spirit’s vast present-day

capabilities. Based in Wichita, Kansas, we operate sites

in the U.S., U.K., France and Malaysia. With a highly skilled

workforce and industry-leading, cost-saving technologies, Spirit

AeroSystems is the partner of choice for designing, building and

sustaining the world’s premier aircraft.

INTRODUCING SP IR I T AEROSYSTEMS

We are pleased with your interest in touring our facility, seeing our products and processes and meeting our great employees. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these guidelines to ensure a safe and incident-free visit.

- All visitors are required to provide their full name, citizenship, firm name and firm’s country of origin prior to the visit.- All visitors are required to show a government issued photo ID (current driver’s license, passport) upon arrival to obtain their visitor badge.- Visitor badges must be displayed prominently (face out) while on Spirit property and returned to Spirit personnel (host, receptionist or security) upon departure.

1. Whenever visiting Spirit Aerosystems you must go to the badge office, unless the badge you have is for more than one day. Visitors must be accompanied by a Spirit host during the entire visit to the facility. Visitors should review this information prior to any visit and/or tour at the sight. 2. Visitors are required to follow all safety requirements, warning signs and directions. Do not climb on, in or around any equipment, tools or parts/products.

3. Visitors are required to wear appropriate clothing, footwear and safety equipment at all times when touring the manufacturing, production, test, assembly or laboratory areas of the facility: • Adequate foot protection (sturdy leather or leather-like closed toe/heel shoes with heels under 2”) • Safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection (foam or custom plugs/ear muffs) and hard hats (if required in construction areas/sites where overhead work is being performed) will be provided on site. Visitors must follow instructions from their host during any emergency, such as Severe Weather, Shelter-In-Place or Evacuations.

5. No use of cameras, photographic or recording equipment is permitted anywhere on Spirit property.

6. Other Key Visitor Requirements: • Park vehicles only in designated visitor stalls. • Walk in pedestrian aisle or pathways. • Make eye contact with mobile equipment operators before and while intersecting traffic. • Stay out of all restricted areas. • Be alert to floor hazards (spills, cords, etc.). • Display visitor badge face forward and in plain view. • Report any accidents resulting in damage or injury immediately to Security or Spirit host.

7. SMOKING – Smoking is allowed only in the designated areas outside as posted. All cigarette butts must be disposed of properly in the designated containers.

8. Environmental – Hazardous materials (including samples) are not allowed on Spirit property without prior written approval. All visitors are expected to dispose of waste in a responsible manner and in the designated containers for specific waste streams and processes.
