This day serves as an opportunity to spotlight the impact of AmeriCorps and Senior Corps and to thank those that serve. On this day mayors will hold public events and use traditional and social media to highlight the value and impact of national service on our cities.

The Challenge:

Create a 10-15 second video highlighting your work with the AmeriCorps Program (HandsOn Tech, CORPS 18, or Financial Opportunity Corps).

***Talk about your work through AmeriCorps and share your real thoughts (respectfully , of course). Be honest and

passionate to your real opinions of why serving in AmeriCorps is worth it to you!***

• Once you’ve finished uploading the video,  the site will alert you that the “File has finished uploading”

•After all the videos are uploaded to the Dropbox, they will be downloaded and cut together into one video themed “Why I serve…”
