VISUAL MERCHANDISING ONLINE REORDER INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1 : LOG IN

The Visual Merchandising Online Reorder System has been updated to offer improved user experience and site navigation! Use this system to order missing, damaged, or approved new Visual Merchandising materials. Reference your current VM Event Guide to see all visuals approved for in-store use.

STEP 2 : SELECT ITEMS

BROWSE CATALOGS

Browse the catalog list on the left-hand side of your screen. Click the desired catalog to expand its selection.

Example: Logo Signs

Select the appropriate sub-level or sub-levels to view the items.

Example: 7" x 7" g Corporate and LO Stores

Click “Catalogs/Place Order,” and add items to your shopping cart in one of three ways:• Browse Catalogs• Code Lookup• Description Search

Enter the desired quantities for all items you want to order, and click “Add to Cart”.

Example: (2) 7" x 7" Coach Logos

Tip: Customize the number of items shown on each page by typing in the desired quantity in the “Items per Page” field.

CODE LOOKUP

Enter the sign code number into the “Code” field and click "Search".

Example: 3000-004E-LOGOS

Input the desired quantity, and click “Add to Cart”.

Tip: Sign codes are printed on the corner of all store visuals, and can also be found in your current VM Event Guide.

DESCRIPTION SEARCH

Enter a key word into the “Desc.” Field and click "Search".

Example: "Coach"

Browse the resulting item list, input the desired quantity, and click “Add to Cart”.

STEP 3 : COMPLETE ORDER

VIEW SHOPPING CART

Select “View Shopping Cart” to view the items currently in your cart.

CHECK OUT

Verify your order and click “Next” to view each item in larger detail.

You can select “Skip Over Details” at any time to move to the next step.

Make any necessary quantity updates or deletions (select “Update” to save), and click “Check Out”.

Note: a yellow warning symbol indicates the item is on backorder.

Enter the appropriate contact in the Ship To “Attention” field, and click “Next”.

Note: This is a required field.

Select the reason for your order from the drop down menu.

Reasons include:• Damaged• Missing (always)*• Missing (once)*• Approved by FMM• Approved by VM

*Select “Missing (always)” for itemsconsistently missing from your visualskit. Select “Missing (once)” if this is thefirst time the item is missing.

You will receive confirmation that your order has been processed.

REVIEWING ORDER HISTORY

You can view your Order History through the My Orders feature.

Select “My Orders” (accessible from the Home Page or Catalogs/Place Order page).

HOME PAGE

CATALOGS/PLACE ORDER PAGE

Browse the resulting list or enter search parameters to locate a specific order.

Click an order number to view the order's details.

TRACKING A SHIPMENT

NEED ASSISTANCE?

Once you have completed an order, you can track your shipment through the My Orders feature.

If you need help, call 1-877-670-4267 for live assistance. In times of heavy call volume, you may be directed to voicemail. If so, please leave your name, store number, contact information, reason for call and best time to reach you.

Follow the steps for Reviewing Order History to view the details of your order.

Tracking information is located in the Packages section of the Order Details page. Click the tracking number to see the current status on the carrier’s website.
