• Lizzie Grubman Public Relations NY, NY - Internship Summer 2006 -Answered phones and updated computer

files - Researched for people to give donations

for events - Contacted magazines to make sure all of

the contacts were updated

• Ahmuty, Demers and McManus Long Island, NY

- Summer Intern May 2010-Present - Worked with Microsoft Excel to update the

computers, worked alongside the billing department for tasks while learning more about computers.

• Currently, The Romero Center Camden, NJ - Internship for Communication

Fall 2011 - Help to edit videos, and take

pictures of groups coming to do volunteer work.

-Help with groups when needed- Updated emails for schools that volunteered

- Worked with Facebook and Twitter

• The Mercy Center: Volunteer 2007-2008 Tutored children in reading in a Saturday program. The Mercy Center is

located in Mott Haven, Bronx. The ages of children varied.

• Gompers Elementary School: September 2009- Present Tutored children from ages 6-14 years old. Help with homework, and

mentored them. By spending two hours with them, a community was started and the children felt comfortable and able to talk to us. We talked about everything from music, to school, to family and we also went to the playground to run around after homework was completed.

Community Service

• Maybe volunteer with Teach for America or Jesuit Volunteer Corps.

• Graduate school, for early childhood education, or social working.
