Responsibilities included: scheduling all departmental course offerings; supervising and evaluating the performance of 19 graduate assistants, assigned to teach elective activity courses; developing enrichment seminars for faculty, staff, and graduate assistants; recruiting and reviewing graduate assistant candidates, assisting department chair with faculty annual evaluations. 1980 – 1982, Co-Director and Founder of Miami University Staff-Faculty Aerobics Program. Responsibilities included: development and promotion of university wide staff-faculty aerobics program; scheduling activities to provide staff and faculty with a noon hour program of exercise; seminars on topics dealing with weight control, nutrition, and exercise. The program was funded with the assistance of a grant from the Provost’s office.
