A first round draft choice of the Rangers in 2018 and ninth selection overall, highly skilled winger Vitali Kravtsov skated in 20 games for the Rangers in 2020-21

after being recalled from the taxi squad on April 3. Kravtsov played in 49 games with Traktor Chelyabinsk in the KHL this season prior to joining the Blueshirts,

and recorded career highs in points (23) and goals (16). He skated in 39 games for the Hartford Wolf Pack in the AHL in 2019-20, registering six goals and

nine assists for 15 points, and also appeared in 11 games for Traktor. In 2017-18, Kravtsov received the Alexei Cherepanov Award as the KHL’s rookie of the year.
