A newborn baby always draws lots of oohs and aahs, but even more so when that baby is an 85 kilogram bundle of elephant boy joy!

That is exactly what happened at the Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp and Resort in Thailand this week, when the ten dayold Nong Sam was introduced to the world for the first time, on the occasion of the annual National Thai Elephant Day that has beencelebrated in the Kingdom since 1998.

And of course the sounds of trumpets, squeaks, chirps and rumbles will roll through the Golden Triangle�s lush jungle hills too, as thebaby�s proud mother and extended elephant family are blessed and enjoy a sumptuous fruit buffet.

Exploring the imaginary essentiality with always beingconnected online, Thai artist Sarawut�s paintings ironicallyportray the digital through traditional painting techniques.

Criticizing the world�s opinion on every topic possible createsan infinite possibility for people to connect, collaborate, andaccumulate knowledge with merely a few clicks.

The artist showcases this ability through his paintings,especially where one is media-friendly. Using a blackberry orandroid system, the artist has infused a code into a particularpainting where the viewer can reach a specific link byscanning the barcode.
