Re — Lot 2 on RP613602
I refer t o previous discussions wi th your office going back t o 1991 regarding our Senior Citizen Centre, at 83 Oaka Lane Gladstone.
The subject building is not located in its entirety on Lot 2 on RP613602. The 1991 extension (see plans annexed) includes the carport, main office (Supervisors Office — on plans) and waiting room is located on part o f Lot 3 on RP840580 which is the land between the subject and Oaka Lane.
The existing Easement A on RP613602 adjoins the subjects northern side boundary (along Clive Dahl Place) and is also over the ramp within the carport area (part o f the extension area under roof).
Committee members have confirmed with Gladstone City Council officers that this circumstance is an oversight created f rom no final building inspection being undertaken in 1991 when construction was completed. Thus the Committee is currently attending t o this matter wi th Council. We believe that the remedy will involve Council vesting the freehold titles o f the land to the Committee upon which the 1991 extension area i.e. part o f Lot 3 on RP840850, that is located between the subject land and Oaka Lane. Additionally Easement A on RP613602 will be cancelled and land transferred to Committee.
The land which incorporates the 1991 extension, part o f Lot 3 on RP840850 is approximately 145m2.

The Easement area remaining as per RP840850 is approximately 193m2.
The total assumed area is approximately 1067m2. This includes the actual freehold area, 1991 extension/balance area and easement area.
RP840850 which will show the existing circumstance which needs to be resolved.
