Rights of reply: This is a perfect time for delegates to say who they are going to be alliances with. And this is in a statement form, meaning you cannot question any delegate.

Working Paper: Working Paper is the draft of a draft resolution. Working paper can be presented in any form, including text, flowcharts, sketch.

Feeling inconvenient to discuss with other delegates through floor? Unmoderated Caucus will be the best solution!

Unmoderated Caucus is a motion. In order to entertain, delegates have to raise a motion by raising his/her placard and state the motion and total time.

“Motion for Unmoderated Caucus and for a total time of ____ minutes.”

With the help of committee directors, delegate will start formulating their draft resolution.

Each bloc will have to find a director or DAIS Team in order to formulate their own draft resolution

A persuasive speech is a speech that will usually last for one minute, and the meaning of the speech is to urge all delegates in the house to agree with your country’s stance.

Points of Information: This would be the highpoint of the whole conference, so pay attention !!! The points of Information is in a question form, meaning if the delegate opens him or herself to points of Information, your country can raise your placard and wait for the chair to call you. After being recognized, you are free to ask any questions targeting at this draft resolution.

1. 整場會議中不能使用” I”, 應該用 delegate of ( 國家名 ) 稱呼自己。

2. 在會議之中 , 如果有任何疑問都可以隨時傳紙條給 chair 。只有在投票時不能傳紙條。

3. 務必準時 , 當一國之代表須培養這種基本的民主素養。

4. 會議前一定要查資料 , 並請印出紙本的演講稿 (opening speech) 。
