Paying for CarePlus

Most often paid for privately, some long-term care insurance will pay up to 100% of the the costs. We will work with you and your insurance provider to determine your benefit level.

A complete rate sheet of services is available to you in our CarePlus packet. Gift certificates are also available and accepted as payment.

CarePlus Services include:

Bed and Bath Service–Assistance with bathing, dressing and personal grooming.

Household Care–Light housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, changing of bed linens and laundry.

Check-in Service–Monitor food intake and weight and assistance with glucoscan.

Personal Companion–Companion activities such as reading, playing cards, games and puzzles, writing letters, conversations, taking walks or going shopping.

Transporation and Errand Service–Personal escort to medical or social appointments including trips to the doctor, hospital, dentist, pharmacy, grocery store, hair salon or dry cleaners.

Hospital Recovery Service–Assistance with cooking, cleaning, shopping and providing one-on-one support.

Respite for Caregivers–Providing a break to caregivers to catch up on rest, errands, friendships or self-care.

End-of-life Care–Support for individuals facing a life-limiting illness, along with respite for the caregiver.

Geriatric Care Management–Caring for someone from a distance can be challenging, our specialists in senior care issues can help you navigate the healthcare maze and provide links to community resources.
