This is to officially start the Vocation Month celebration. Delegates from religious congregations, students from various schools, and parish youth officers, LND representatives, and the Parish Vocation Commission officers are invited to attend.

Parish Vocation Commission (PVC) Diocesan Assembly

September 4, 2010After the Holy Mass (around 10:30 am) – 4:00 pmSt. Peter’s College Seminary, San Pablo City

It is a seminar for the members of the PVC and a time for them to plan their activities for the Vocation Month. Please ask your officers to bring their own lunch.

Prayer for Vocations Masses of September(after the Post-Communion Prayer)

This is to encourage all the faithful of their responsibility to pray for holy vocations and a means of making the youth aware of their own calling.

Parish and School Vocation Campaigns

All throughout September Vocation Promoters of our Diocese and other religious congregations will tour around Laguna to conduct vocation campaigns. We hope that you accommodate them whenever they visit your parish. Campaigns may be done during Masses, after the Prayer for Vocations. They may contact your Parish Vocation Commission or through parish office for the scheduling.

Vocation Jamboree September 25, 20107:30 am – 4:00 pmColegio de San Juan de Letran, Calamba City

This is the culminating activity of the Vocation Month. We would like to request that you send at least 10 youth representatives from your parish. No registration fee; just bring your own snack and lunch.
