What is Vocational Rehabilitation?
A continuous and coordinated process which involves the provision of vocational related services designed to enable a person with a disability to obtain employment.

Purpose of Vocational Rehabilitation
To enable a person with a disability to prepare for and obtain/retain suitable employment.
Why the need for Vocational rehabilitation
Facts 600 million PWDs worldwide 370 million PWDs in Asia 238 million PWDs of working age in Asia Most live in rural areas Unemployment rate of PWD: doubled

A Work center for PWDs with more severe disability PWDs learn basic work behaviors, to build their work
tolerance, make an adjustment to working
PWDs will be enabled and prepared in job behaviors, and job seeking skills
The Center will be located at a DPO enterprise

Design the process: indicators, data collection, data analysis and sharing, data utilization
