Copy the ‘Vodafone MC Installer’ file to the Mac desktop and double-click to launch.

You’ll be asked to Authenticate by entering a username and password for the system.

You’ll be requested to accept the License Agreement. Click ‘Continue’ followed by ‘Agree’.

On the next screen choose ‘Install’. The necessary files will be copied to the system and you’ll be asked to ‘Restart’ before proceeding.

The system will restart with the ‘Vodafone Mobile Connect’ window displayed.

Now insert the modem or the datacard. When the device flashes ‘blue’ it’s ready to be used by the system. Double-click on ‘Vodafone Mobile Connect’ icon.

You’ll be asked for the system username and password to proceed.

The ‘Vodafone Mobile Connect’ application will open and the device will be found by the software. Click on ‘Activate’ to continue.

EstablishinganInternetconnection

After you’ve completed the steps outlined previously, a window will open displaying a message saying that you’re now ready to go online.

To proceed, start the “Internet Connect” program in your Applications folder.

Click the “Connect” button beside ‘HUAWEI E220 HSDPA USB Modem’ or datacard when you see the ‘Summary’ Window.

Note: You can either press connect from the summary pane or click on the ‘HUAWEI E220 HSDPA USB Modem’ or the data card icon in the top pane to view more details.

When you’re connected, the ‘Connect’ button will change to ‘Disconnect’ and you know that you’re now ready to go online.
