Quarterly High Tea Sessions for CIOs of top target accounts with a focus on industry updates, aligned Vodafone Solutions to their companies and identifying newer areas of collaboration. Increase touch points between customer senior mgmt and Vodafone enterprise senior mgmt. Conduct quarterly account based reviews jointly with customers.
