As a graduate on the machine to machine commercial team, I have worked on amazing and innovative projects connecting anything from cars and planes to coffee and vending machines. Working for the machine to machine market leader that connects over 18.6 million devices means that I’m able to apply my skills into innovative technologies.

Most recently, I’ve been on a small cells global pilot, which will see better coverage of mobiles using small cellular hotspots. I am leading a new way to plan, build and run a better network for the future.

I joined Vodafone as a Discover Graduate in India before going on a 2 year international assignment to Italy. Columbus for me was enlivening, enriching and enjoyable, with the right enablers to deliver great results.

I chose Vodafone because the focus is on delivering great results. Going the extra mile gets recognized and rewarded, a great motivation for someone at the beginning of his/her career.

My advice to future colleagues is to make the most of your graduate positions and get the right experiences early on. This helps to build your network, and create working relationships with people around the globe.

I am at my best when taking on new challenges. During my Columbus assignment in Italy, I led a project where we worked across Vodafone’s global footprint to hire female talent into our technology business from a range of different countries.
