Converting your existing fl eet to the cut-ting-edge Voith Electrical Drive System (VEDS) has never been so easy and convenient, whether you want to retrofi t conventional diesel, hybrid and gas-powered solo, double-decker and arti-culated buses, or trucks.

Specially developed to meet the require-ments of public transport, our VEDS consists of an energy-effi cient IPMS electric motor. A water-cooled drive in-verter system ensures very high power density, even over long distances. The intelligent drive management unit con-

trols all the system components and re-cuperation.

In addition, the VEDS includes optional auxiliary inverters and the entire charg-ing management system including inter-nal wiring.
