The Missing Middle: Federal Funding Largely Ignores Middle and HighSchools

The federal government rightly invests in early and postsecondary education and more is needed, but it haslargely ignored middle and high schools, as demonstrated in this Alliance for Excellent Education graphic.Students need support throughout their educational careers, not just in the beginning and the end.
