The Sinhua Old Street will bring you back to the year of 1920 to experience the western ambience from the architectures. New Year Merchandise will be selling on the old street; there will have different sections, including north/south products, souvenirs, food and the special activities will be $1 auctions, half price sales, give away gifts, and etc, so you really to be here to experience the Chinese New Year atmosphere in Sinhua. There will also have painting competition at Sinhua Old Street, it is distributed into four groups, they are, kindergarten group, lower grade elementary group (grade 1-2), medium grade elementary (grade 3-4) and higher grade elementary group (grade 5-6). The organization is proactively inviting everybody to come to join the competition.

There is a new tourism spot in Tianan. With 115 years of history, the Tainan County Governor’s Residence was a former governor’s residence when he travel to southern Taiwan in Japanese ruled period. The government assigned Gao Cing general contractor to take over the running of the building. The opening scheduled to be on February 8th. Located on Weiminstreet, the Tainan County Governor’s Residence has nearly 20 governor visited. It was a hotel for emperor, and an important brick building in Japanese Ruled period. The idea of “Inherit legacy of culture” is the vision of the reconstruction of the building. The final is to make the building a “Salon of Knowledge”. One of the speciality of the building is that you can see a wall full of books when you walk into the residence, cause this is a building bull of culture heritage.
