Swimming Carnival was held on Wednesday 6 February at Wauchope Pool, with the 3-6 Class

being invited to participate. The students are to be commended on their mighty effort and excellent behaviour. Many students placed in several events and brought home an assortment of ribbons.

Uniform Policy: Our school has a strict No Hat No Play policy. Students’ hats should be left at

school. All our students look very smart in their school uniforms. Please remember it is an expectation that all students will wear the correct uniform.

School Lunches: Students will be encouraged and

reminded to put their lunches in the fridge every morning so please feel free to continue packing yoghurts and other foods that need refrigeration.

Water Bottles: As the weather is quite hot we are

encouraging all students to bring a water bottle to school which can be refilled. Students are permitted at any time to drink water in the classroom, provided it is in their water bottle. Students are not permitted to have cordial or juice in the classroom.

Confidentiality: If you have any objection to your phone number being provided to other

members of the school community upon request, please notify the school in writing.

Drivers: Throughout the year we often ask parents to assist with transporting students to various

events. It is a requirement by the DoE that we sight and keep a photo copy of your drivers licence and registration papers. This would need to be completed before you can transport any other children.
