Dual Cure emulsions have a wide exposure latitude, can image fine detail, and often work well in high humidity. They are slower than SBQ emulsions, so a good exposure unit is recommended. Once sensitized they have a limited shelf life (usually between 3-8 weeks, if stored properly).

A specific brush for each application step in the stencil cleaning process. Each brush is resistant to chemicals and has an ergonomically shaped handle. The different colored bristles allow for safe and fast identification of the appropriate application.

SPORT PRO Athletic Inks

SportPRO inks are designed to cure at 290° F to keep polyester dyes from migrating into the ink. The low cure temps make it perfect for printing on nylon, 100% polyester athletic uniforms, and polyester “performance” fabrics. Its high-elongation properties make SportPro an excellent choice for garments made with lycra/spandex. They are available in a wide range of 1550 direct print colors, 1533 popular collegiate colors, as well as the 1551 Color-PRO color matching system. * Note: some colors are available in either 1533 Collegiate Color or 1550 Color variations with only a subtle difference in color.

Process Separation Studio software

ColorPRO mixing systems are high-opacity color mixing systems that produce simulated Pantone colors using 11 standard ready-for-use colors (plus five additional Booster Colors for increased color intensity when matching extra vibrant colors). The downloadable Colormate PRO Software is used for both ColorPRO and PCPRO Matching Systems and can calculate formulas for quarts, gallons, litres, kilograms or pounds, as well as estimate the amount of ink required. It can be used to organize your ink mixes on any PC-based computer system. The ColorPRO inks are completely phthalate-free and lead-free.

The “NX System” is the newest generation of Evolution Series 2 PVC-free textile inks. It now has improved wash-fastness, crock-resistance, inter-coat adhesion between colors, and a vastly lower cure temperature which greatly helps resist dye migration on 100% polyester and polyester blends. This new formulation still retains a soft hand feel similar to water-based inks, with the conveniences of plastisol inks (including opacity and color consistency).

All NX System components fully comply with all REACH, OEKO-TEX® 100 and Nike RSL standards.

Two new ink systems have been added to the Evolution NX Series of pvc-free and phthalate-free textile inks. The STI Silicone Ink System is a direct-print ink that produces completely PVC-free and phthalate-free prints for ath-letic uniforms and performance wear garments. Prints will exhibit extremely high-stretch, high-opacity and a soft,

smooth hand-feel. This system is extremely bleed-resistant when curing parameters are followed. The STI Silicone Heat Transfer System is a state-of-the-art system for producing PVC-free and phthalate-free silicone rubber heat transfers. All NX System components fully comply with all REACH, OEKO-TEX® 100 and Nike RSL standards.
