This support group is an opportunity to meet with others in the same role and share experiences, receive encouragement, prayer, information and possible solutions to problems you are encountering. Led by Bill and Wanda Turner.

Children’s DiscipleshipWednesdays at 6:45 pm

• Challengers (Grades 1 -2)• Conquerors (Grades 3-4)• Champions (5th Grade) (K4-Kindergarten)

Word of Life’s Children’s Ministry Program is built on a powerful goal: to lay a solid foundation of biblical principles at a young age in the lives of children. We want to teach them from the very start the important fundamentals of spiritual growth. The Olympian ministry is built on an important theme in Scripture; the Olympic athlete. Paul uses this illustration often saying that he wanted to “finish the race.” Gopher Buddies uses age appropriate materials to teach those principals to early learners ages 4-6.

Mission OpportunityOne Friday a month, we have the opportunity to volunteer at City Rescue Mission. Volunteers will be serving dinner and interacting with the clients. Volunteers are asked to arrive by 3:30 PM and usually leave by 6:00 PM. Upcoming dates are November 1 and December 6. If you are interested in participating, please call or text Karen Westbrook at 904.304.9153.

Nehemiah - Daytime Women’s StudyWednesdays through October 30th (7 Weeks)1:30 PM Chapel 101-103

Nehemiah’s heart was so broken for those in need that he left the comfort of his Persian palace to help them. This study challenges women to let God break their hearts for a hurting, lost world and move them in compassion to lead people to Jesus.Led by Wanda Rogers.

Callahan First is looking forward to a great community outreach this year! First and foremost we need to collect lots of candy for our guests. Please scan the list and see what your Bible Fellowship Group has been assigned to stock the event and bring as many bags as you can! Plan to decorate your vehicle (and yourself) and hand out candy too. Please contact Pastor Steve at [email protected] if you plan to decorate your trunk or call the office at 904.879.2172. The more welcoming faces we present to our community the more impact we have on our community!
