“Settlement Agreements” allowed for the development of the State Water Project
Districts relinquished all development rights on Feather River (Middle Fork)
Almost all diversions come from the Thermalito Afterbay (“Not diverting out of River”)
Agreements have curtailment provisions during drought conditions (up to 50%)
