INFANT KING FAMILY NEWS P1 An Extraordinary Feat of TLBU Community Voluntary Contribution Campaign Update 2013 voluntary contribution campaign is proposed by our dear President Lyou, with a view to strengthening the unity and cooperation of TLBU community. Through the voluntary contribution, the divine mission of TLBU, regional cooperation and world peace, will be substantially promoted on its way to success. Fortunately, within a very short period of time, the voluntary contribution campaign has been going with a swing, due to the strong motivation and warm support from TLBU alumni. Until October 20th, 2013 voluntary contribution campaign has received the donations from 93 Chinese alumni and 51 non-Chinese alumni, respectively 139,600$ and 22,900$. Certainly, President Lyou is deeply impressed by the achievement of the voluntary contribution campaign and he takes profound pride in all his beloved children. In detail, Chinese alumni of entering year 2001 contributed a total of 28,440$, including Qin Quan, Zheng Yilie, Jia Ying, Liu Dan, Peng Shangyue, Wang Xiaona, Xia Ji, Che Yanhua, Xie Ying, Li Xin, Cui Rui, Qian Wei, Dong Jingbo, Linghu Qian, Lan Lan; members of entering year 2002 gave a total of 17,700$, including Yuan Kai, Cao Ying, Dong Yanqing, Li Zijie, Lin Lihui, Wang Zheng, Lin Qing, Ma Junhua, Li Xiangyu, Zhou Shanshan, Bian Dongliang, Zhang Yanjiao; members of entering year 2003 donated a total of 22,000 $, including Dai Liu, Wang Xin, Li Linlin, Zhang Tingyi, Sun Jinghong, Liu Shasha, Lan Yan, Jin Zhijun, Su Lengsha, Luan Songke, Chen Huihuang; members of entering year 2004 contributed a total of 29,780 $, including Chen Li, She Qingxin, Lin Pengxuan, Luo Na, Wang Chun, Yuan Jiani, Lin Shu, Wu Yingxi, Cao Ying, Li Guodong, Qiu Lin, Tu Jun, Cai Zhijie, Shen Nan, Liao Li; members of entering year 2005 gave a total of 13,000 $, including Wang Jing, Jiang Jingjing, Cao Jia, Zhang Xiuqing, Ouyang Jingying, Sung Jinghong, Wu Chen, Huang Lu; members of entering year 2006 contributed a total of 7,000 $, including Cai Weiming, Li Jue, Zhu Jian, Zhang Jiaqi, Zhou Xiao, Zhang Nan, Zhang Xihua; members of entering year 2007 donated a total of 6,200 $, including Liu Fanping, Tu Miao, Wan Heng, Fan Yina, Guan Yue, Luo Xiaozhou; members of entering year 2008 gave a total of 6,500 $, including Wang Ya, Duan Xiuli, Huang Mengting, Du Jin, Mengzi, Yang Yuyan, Liu Ling; members of entering year 2009 contributed a total of 4,820 $, including Lai Jiaying, Wang Qiao, Shi Lingting, Chen Xiaodong, Zhang Xian, Li Shuo; members of entering year 2010 donated a total of 3,000 $, including Yang Lei, Liao Wenmu, Li Hui; Shi Qian of entering year 2011 and Li Guangxing from TLBS also contributed a sum of money separately. campaign is proposed by our dear President Lyou, with a view to strengthening the unity and cooperation of TLBU community. Through the voluntary contribution, the divine mission of TLBU, regional cooperation and world peace, will be substantially promoted on its way to success. Fortunately, within a very short period of t ime, the voluntary contribution campaign has been going with a swing, due to the strong motivation and warm support from TLBU alumni. Until O c t o b e r 2 0 t h , 2 0 1 3 vo l u n t a r y contribution campaign has received the donations from 93 Chinese alumni and 51 non-Chinese alumni, respectively 139,600$ and 22,900$. As to non-Chinese alumni, 8,100$ has been donated from 21 Vietnamese alumni. Specifically, they are Duc Minh, Ha Thi Tinh, Bang, Gia Long, T Lan, Viet, Dang Tat Dung, members from entering year from 2001 to 2005; also Pham Dinh Huong, Ngoc Nam, Hoa, Yen Anh, Bui Tien, Hieu, Minh Chi, Pham Hang, Tran Thu Thao, Hanh Dung, Trang, Hoang, Lan Huong, Quang Dang, entering year from 2006 to 2011. In addition, 7,000$ is contributed

from 14 Cambodian alumni. Concretely, they are En Sopheap, Samnang, Thaweat, members of entering year from 2001 to 2005 ; and Vatey,  Sok Heng, Hoeung Sopheap, Vibol, Muni, Kunthea, Monirith, Vitou, Tay Lina, Leang Heng, Hok Siem, entering year from 2005 to 2011. Besides, 2,000$ is given from Indonesian alumni, including Suryadi (entering year of 2002), Vanda (2003), Pamelia Diana (2005), Widhia (2006), Andrea (2007), Daniel (2007), Harry (2008), Anggraeni (2010). Furthermore, Vilayvanh, Laotian alumni of entering year 2007, contributes a sum of money too. Also, 6,000$ is donated from 5 Japanese or Korean alumni, and they are LEE Myung Kun, Lyou Sou Hyung, Lim Key Young, Jeong Jaho.

Apart from above received fund, a fair large amount of money, promised by some alumni, will refresh the record of

this voluntary campaign soon. Surely, their names will be updated in the near future.

As to the use of the fund from 2013 voluntary contribution campaign, the money is to be utilized to establish private foundation fund for each contributor. Proper projects, based on those foundation funds, will be operated to achieve the TLBU divine mission, regional cooperation and world peace. To sum up, this voluntary contribution campaign not only demonstrates a c r i t i c a l w ay t o s t r e n g t h e n t h e cooperation and motivation for all TLBU family members, but ushers in the bright future for TLBU community.

Deheng Chairman MR. Luan visited TLBU in SeoulOn October 15th, Chairman of the

Partners’ Meeting for Deheng Law Firm, Mr. Luan Shaohu visited TLBU Graduate School in Seoul. This was the tenth time Mr. Luan came to our beloved school, and he had a friendly meeting with our dear President Lyou Byunghwa, as well as several Chinese student representatives.

Mr. Luan, who got his bachelor and graduate degree from CUPL, founded Deheng Law Firm in 1993 after ten- year working in the public security authority. Under his leadership, Deheng Law Firm has become one of the largest and most influential law firms in China.

During the meeting, President Lyou introduced the recent development of TLBU, espec ia l ly the vo luntary contribution campaign and the aloe vera juice business; the future plan for global financial autonomous system, for ins tance the US hote l and the international business trade of mango w i t h V i e t n a m ; a n d a l s o h i s understanding of success.

With great r e s p e c t a n d admiration to President Lyou, Mr. Luan firstly re c a l l e d t h e prior visits to TLBU and the great changes of our school i n t h e p a s t thirteen years. He said, “From my perspective, TLBU is really a m i r a c l e which I have never believe it can come true”. Under this pleasant atmosphere, they detailedly talked about the possible future cooperation between TLBU and Deheng, which may have great meaning to both sides.

The meeting lasted around one and a half hours. Due to Mr. Luan’s busy schedule, he left TLBU right after the meeting, bearing the pity that he could

not meet all the TLBU students and gave them a speech. But as he promised, he will visit TLBU again in the future. And all the members of TLBU are looking forward to his next visit sincerely.

To welcome the new blood of TLBU family, football match between juniors and seniors graduate students, was held in TLBU on 18th October 2013. This football match is deemed as one of the important daily activities in TLBU to bond the relationship among the students and foster the healthy life.

This friendly football match is a traditional event for TLBU members, and

i t was genera l ly hosted by the sport coordinators. On that matching day at 3pm, a usually small and empty soccer field was filled up by t h e g r a d u a t e students comprising of cheering and playing groups. The teams are assigned into seniors’ and juniors’ teams while t h e m a t c h w a s

designed into two separate parts which last for 30 minutes for each part. The match was kicked off after all the participants gathered in the field and the preparation was set. Everyone was wearing smiley face while they were cheering and playing in the field. Not so long after the match started, the first goal by seniors’ team was drawn which brought a tremble shouting voice

with joy from the cheering students. It was a great start for seniors’ team, yet the first goal did bring motivation to juniors’ team. After one hour competitive match, juniors’ team beat senior’s team for six to two. Though, the match finished, a great joy was still on the students’ faces.

This match marks another long lasting memory for the graduate students, and it reminded the senior students about the previous year memory. Most importantly, this match represents friendship, unity and brotherhood of TLBU family. After the match, graduate students long for other very joyful and unforgettable sport events to be hosted during the time they are studying in TLBU.
