Information New Life Foundation is a non-profit, mindfulness-based recovery and self-
development community located in northern Thailand, about 30 minutes
outside the city of Chiang Rai. We offer a wide variety of possibilities for
volunteers to help out and put their skills into practice.
Get some practical experience with yoga and meditation, agriculture,
caring for ducks, and more. You can enjoy the tranquility of the foundation
and take the opportunity to join in workshops and activities.
There are yoga and meditation sessions every day, and plenty of other fun
and interesting activities that volunteers can attend such as movie nights,
support groups, and body scans.
We provide individual rooms with private bathrooms and three healthy
vegetarian meals a day. We also have a pool and steam bath available for
everyone’s enjoyment.
