in this partnership
ENGAGETreat your volunteer with
interest /appreciation
They are a potential donor and volunteer for YOU!
Give the volunteer a tour
REMEMBER
IT Coaches are not “go-to-IT-guys” & are not
Apparo employees
FOCUSDo not conduct business while volunteer is there
Discourage volunteer from suggesting other tools not currently on your system
Process elements to Highlight
