Position: Volvo Cars Technical Trainer Location: Daventry Salary £28k - £34k + Car + Package Our client currently requires an enthusiastic and technically competent training instructor for their client based in Daventry to provide Volvo technical training. The role involves the delivery of technical training for Volvo Car Technicians and also Volvo Apprentices across level 2 and 3 qualification areas. Applicants should hold relevant training qualifications such as PTLLS/CTLLS and preferably also possess an assessor award and ATA. Applicants should have good current technical knowledge and be competent in diagnostics. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver 80% technical training and 20% apprenticeship training with 3 rd year apprentices. Applicants should also be able to carry out course development and design using Microsoft Office packages. Applicants must be able to work under pressure and use initiative in this busy and exciting training environment. Experience with Volvo products would be beneficial but not essential and it would be advantageous to be currently conducting a similar role. This position comes with a competitive salary of £28- £34k pa, company vehicle and IT equipment. Employment will be based on a rolling contract and will be renewed annually based on successful completion of the role.
