OIL and GAS EQUIPMENT (OGE)Nowadays more the 110 title sets of OGEis produced by VMP in different combinations.
Competitiveness of OGE is mastered by utilizationof double purpose technologies developed forliquid rocket and aviation piston engine production.
Among then are: * precision castings * new generation of sealing materials, including memory form effect * metal-to-metal seal design, reliably operating at pressures 70-105 Mpa in aggressive environment.
Main operation characteristics: * applied classes of material are from AA to FF on API 6A according to product destination * operating medium temperature: from –60 to +100 оС * hostile environment: H2S up 35% and CO2 up to 20% * operating pressure: from 14 up to 105 Mpa * drift diameter – up to 450 mm * PSL level – PSL1, PSL2, PSL3
TURBOCOMPRESSORS
The VMP turbocompressors are used in the supercharge system of diesel of automobiles and tractors in 50 – 125 h.p. power range.
Production of 3 type turbocharge compressor used in automobile and tractor enginesis now in serial scale.
AVIATION ENGINES
Nowadays we is the unique production facility in Russia and in Commonwealth of Independent States, which is producing aviation piston engines.
Practically thousands of light aircrafts are equipped with M14П family engines produced by VMP. Among such aircraft the most prestigious are aerobatic Su-26, Su-29 and Su-31 planes, Як-18Т, Як-50 and Як-52 transport, sport and training planes;Ka-26 and Mi-34 helicopters, hydroplane CA-20П and universal transport means as e.g. “Panther” hovercraft.
Wide-ranging light airplanes with VMP produced engines are widely used in USA, Great Britain, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, UAR as well in CIS and Baltic states.
VMP has traditions in radial engines, having certain positive features in comparison with row arrangement as positive weight and mass data; reliable and optimum engine cooling, simplicity and access in maintenance.
