    How to reset AT&T Global Network Client to use Laptop/PC Soft Token.

    If you did not get the Third party authentication software popup screen, or if you had previously made a selection and clicked the checkbox do not show this message again but do not know what was selected you will need to perform the following steps.

    1. From the Main VPN screen click on Show the login properties window under Settings.

  • 2. Once you have the Logon Properties windows open, click on the Preferences Tab 3. Click the check box for override defaults4. Click the check box for Prompt if a third party credential provider is installed

    5. If you close the VPN and re-launch it will prompt the user with the third party window, after you hit the connect button

    6. Click on 'Yes' 7. Once you get to the logon screen (below), enter your 6 Digit PIN in the PIN Field 8. The Token code is automatically generated in the background, there is no need to launch the RSA SecurID

    application. 9. Click OK, and Logon.
