� AR-CAM « EG-AR » , « AG-ARS/ARM »

AR-CAM:

- Manual mode of part loading, bending sequence, tool setup, repositioning,and part stacking with all features of automation management.

- Tool management, grippers, envirronments of the loading/unloading robot allows data optimisation for AMADA bending robot range.

- Automatic mode allows to research bending sequence but tool choice will be manually,

Main Features:

- Manual or semi automatic selection of the bending sequence.

- Bend by bend.

- Manual selection of setup tools following the bending sequence.

- Bending steps selection, bending test, collisions check.

- Backgauge positions selection and modification, Y axes position change, collision control, inclination of front

- Robot translations, rotations, speed selection.

Unloading:

- Different possibilities in horizontal, possible in vertical too.

- Pallet dimension (height, widht, length) management

- All software has to be installed on clean Operating system, to avoid conflits with other software.

- AMADA software are using the SQL data base motor of Microsoft and we don’t guaranty the compatibility with other products using the same

SQL, and therefore it’s not recommanded.

- All the PC network management has to be done before installation, because after Amada products installation, this process can damage the

software functionnality.

- Amada software users needs local administrator rights on their PC.

- High flow Internet connexion for long distance connexions. (For Maintenance).
