Life is not just full of happiness,
It is sunset, it’s love, it’s tears,
It is the thoughts of yesterday’s mornings,
That can wash away all our fears.
It is that very painful experience,
That each one of us has had,
It is the laughter that fills the air,
It is tears when you are sad,
But the memories that make it worthwhile.
It is that child in every one of us,
Although in time well
It is the good times we shall never forget,
It is the memories we shall always hold.
When we had rather down in our sorrow,
It is the hope in every one of us,
That makes us hold on for tomorrow.
