What does RallyAroundUs do with the contact information?The app securely sends these contacts to RallyAroundUs where our team then reaches out via a strategic series of texts and emails directing them to check out your campaign page over a 30 day period. Each email and text is personalized and sent on behalf of the player and team. Contact information will not be used in

any other way - and that is promised as a core value of our company!

RallyAroundUs is a safe and effective online fundraising platform that allows the team to utilize email, text messaging and social media to reach out to their collected network of family, friends and supporters provided by YOU.

In turn, WE create opportunity for those potential donors to support you and your team̓s goals by reaching out to them on behalf of you, in a personalized way.This also means: no product sales, no handling of money for players and parents

and no door to door hustle. Can we get a high five to that?!

100 % team participation!!!Prior to the fundraiser, every player needs to complete the following 3 steps:

1. Gather Quality ContactsThis means you sit down with parents or guardians and come up with a list of family, friends and supporters in your network who may be willing to give or share the link! Requirements to this are:- A minimum of - A minimum of 20 contacts. However, there is no limit.. so the more quality contacts, the more you̓ll raise. We encourage you to include more if you have an expanded network.- No high school peers, they need their lunch money!2. Update Athlete̓s Contact BookThis means you take the above gathered contacts and update the player̓s phone book with correct name, cell phone number AND email address.3. Attend Team MeetingYYour coach will schedule a date and time where, as a group, you will download the app, log in with your Campaign ID and lastly, select those contacts from your phone book to be submitted to RallyAroundUs. If your student athlete does not have a smart phone, no worries! This can all be done on a computer as well.

You will be submitting 20 or more contacts to participate in your team̓s RallyAroundUs fundraiser. Step 1Fill out this form with your parents to provide 20 or more contacts of family, relatives, family-friends and supporters in your network. You can use the guide below to brainstorm quality contacts of people you know inside & OUTSIDE the community. We ask that you spend time thinking through your extended network. Step 2SSave all of these contacts into the phone book on your smart phone. Make sure to include Name, Cell Phone Number and Email address if you have it. Step 3Bring this form and your phone to your team meeting where you will be turning in this form and uploading contacts from your phone! Come prepared and this will only take about 5 minutes and you are DONE with the fundraiser!
