The Chilliwack Arts and Cultural Centre Society presents
2 for Tea
James and Jamesy are an interesting duo. One half quirky, innocent recluse, and the other humble,
world-weary normality, these two young companions have formed a strong and peculiar friendship
around that cornerstone of British eccentricity – tea. Their weekly tea parties provide an opportunity for
these two friends to leave their ordinary world behind, and thanks to Jamesy’s wild imagination, to be
propelled into shared adventures and unearth new discoveries. From conversing with the General of the
British Army, an ill-fated family photo shoot, and a tea-house with a difference, the semi-improvised and
totally hilarious 2 for Tea brings the audience into James and Jamesy’s unusual world – in many ways
quite literally! Expect tea, merriment, and fantastic audience escapades with this tea party that you
certainly won’t forget.
Bring a teacup.
