Every year, tonnes of waste gets left on Sheffield’s streets, most of which could be

REUSED, RECYCLED OR DONATED.

British Heart FoundationBHF accept clothes, shoes, handbags, accessories, clean kitchenware, books, CDs, DVDs and small working electrical items.

These can be donated by placing them in the BHF bags provided in your flat or from the main reception desk at the Edge, Ridge or Allen Court and placing these in the donation banks.

BHF banks are located in several places in and around Endcliffe, Ranmoor and City at the following locations:

Endcliffe Curbar, Derwent A-G, Endcliffe Vale, Howden, Lawrencefield.

RanmoorShore Court, The Ridge.

SHARP OBJECTSYou can dispose of sharp objects such as knives in the blue bins at The Edge and The Ridge.

Since 2018, residents have donated 1,278 bags to the British Heart Foundation. This amounts to £17,892 when sold at BHF stores!

City - please leave donations in your kitchen in bags. You will be given clear bags from the customer services team.

You can donate unopened dry or canned food items in these collection points. Urgently needed items are: tinned fruit, tea bags, dried pasta and breakfast cereals.

You can also donate toys and games that are still in good condition.

Since 2018, S6 food bank have collected 1.4 tonnes of food. This equates to 3300 meals.

The Edge, The Ridge.

All duvets, pilllows and towels will be donated to the Sheffield Greyhound Trust.

These can be donated by placing these items in the clear bags provided in your flat or collected from the main reception desk at the Edge or the Ridge.

If you have any knives or sharp objects, please wrap these up in newspaper or similar and bring to the blue collection points at The Edge or The Ridge.
