Instruction of Production ProcedureClay, etc. being collected by wheel loader at raw material resources and moved to factory by auto-loading truck.Raw material is put into box feeder by wheel loader and batched according to certain ratio, then raw material being conveyed into roller crusher, then crushed raw material being conveyed into the twin-shaft mixer, together mixing raw material with around 11% water, after that, the treated raw material are conveyed into the Vacuum Extruder, clay columns are extruded, and being cut into required clay brick size; the conveyor belt separates the cut bricks, and workers stacks the bricks onto the drying cart manually. The stacked green bricks are transported to the drying area by the transporting car, after drying, the dried bricks are then moves into the Firing Kiln, after firing for 25-32 hours, the production procedure is over, and the bricks are stacked manually to Finished Product storage Area, and ready for packing and selling for wall building.

Double Stage Vacuum Extruder

This machine is suitable for production all kinds of cell brick with material like gangue, shale, pulverized coal ash as well as clay. The spiral cut reamer of the machine adopt wear-resistance metal spray painting technology. The upper stage mixing shaft, the cut reamer big shaft, the up-down body etc. are all processed by aging, quenching and tempering. The reducer gearwheel is the hardened tooth face. At the same time, reasonable design and compact structure to make the equipment work steadily without installation of foundation bolts. It is able to reduce the consumption of power for vibration in working process.
