To Market Wall Rx to our Foreign Consumer Market we have chosen to use a Brand Licensing Approach.
22/19/2017
Brand licensing is one of the most widely used ways we can extend Wall Rx, largely because it allows us to achieve new product introductions without gearing up operationally for the task. Instead, we license the name to a manufacturer that takes on all the production and marketing efforts of Wall Rx.
When we license Wall Rx, we basically rent the legally protected brand identity to another business that will manufacture and sell products carrying Wall Rx name.32/19/2017
BENEFITS OF LICENSING
In a our licensing agreement, both parties will benefit. As the licensor we gain the benefit of the Wall Rx brand extension and revenue (via royalties) without any investment in product development, production, or marketing. The license agreement provides a no-cost form of brand value leverage.
The company the we chose as the licensee will gain the benefit of the Wall Rx brand name, which lends immediate awareness, distinction, and trust to the manufacturers product rollout. Without the need for any brand development investment, Wall Rx will able to achieve marketplace prominence and command a premium sales price thanks to the lease of the Wall Rx brand name.

To Market Wall Rx to our Foreign Consumer we will follow a Product adaptation process. This will allow us to modifying Wall Rx so it is suitable for our many foreign customers or markets. An adaptation strategy is particularly important for Wall Rx because it ensures that Wall Rx meets local cultural and regulatory requirements.
Adaptation is also important for Wall Rx so we can introduce product to the Foreign market since our fund resources are minimal.
Our top four factors driving product adaptation for Wall Rx are Culture, Market Development, Competition and Laws.
