The property is described as Township 5 North, Range 43,Tax Lot 6600, zoned Timber Grazing (T/G), and is accessed viaWallupa Road. This request will be reviewed for conformance to theprovisions of Articles 5, 8, 9, 16, and 36 of the Wallowa County LandDevelopment Ordinances and any other applicable goal, regulation orordinance of Wallowa County or the State of Oregon.Fough VAR#17-01Findings - Jacob Fough submitted a varianceapplication to allow the construction of a single family dwelling on asubstandard size parcel in the Exclusive Farm Use (EFU) zone. Thisparcel was created by a Measure 37 waiver but was improperlyconveyed, disallowing the dwelling. The parcel is approximately 2.12acres and is described as Township 2 South, Range 45, Section 29,Tax Lot 1102. The minimum parcel size in the EFU zone is 160 acres.This request will be reviewed for conformance to the provisions ofArticles 5, 10, 15, and 36 of the Wallowa County Land DevelopmentOrdinances and any other applicable goal, regulation or ordinance ofWallowa County or the State of Oregon.Williams ZC#17-01Findings - Jared and Mishelle Williams havesubmitted a petition to the County for an amendment to the Compre-hensive Land Use Plan text and zoning map to change the zoningclassification of their property consisting of approximately 2.80 acresfrom Exclusive Farm Use (EFU) to Recreation Residential (R-2). Theproperty in question is described as Township 2 South, Range 45,Section 30, tax lot 300, and is accessed via Russell Lane. Theminimum parcel size in the EFU zone is 160 acres. The minimumparcel size in the R-2 zone is 2 acres for all new parcels. This requestwill be reviewed for conformance to the provisions of Articles 5, 8, 15,18, 29, and 36 of the Wallowa County Land Development Ordinancesand any other applicable goal, regulation or ordinance of WallowaCounty or the State of Oregon.Eng/Loftus APP#16-02 Revised Findings – Appeal of a decision toapprove the issuance and perfection of zone permit ZP#13-66 for asingle family dwelling. The property in question is owned by Steve WBilben and described as Township 2 South, Range 43, tax lot 1401,consists of approximately 38.25 acres, and is zoned Timber Grazing(T/G). The ordinance provisions which govern this review are Articles 5,7, 12, 16, and 36 of the Wallowa County Land DevelopmentOrdinances and any other applicable goal, regulation or ordinance ofWallowa County or the State of Oregon.
