DESCRIPTION AND QUALIFICATIONS:The G-Team is the high-energy and passionate team that interacts with Giants fans all season long. At every home game, members of the G-Team entertain fans in and around the ballpark and enhance the game day experience with game shows, contests, promotions, and crowd rallies. G-Team members play an integral role in helping create the best fan experience in all of sports. The G-Team also serves as ambassadors for the Giants throughout the Bay Area at various festivals and community events.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE G-TEAM?• Represent the San Francisco Giants organization, partners, and sponsors with

professionalism, pride and enthusiasm at all times.• Display an outgoing, energetic and engaging personality, plus a positive attitude. • Display excellent customer service and people skills, and able to interact and

communicate with staff, clients, and guests of all ages in a professional and respectful manner.

• Able to handle situations in a quick and professional manner.• Enjoy performing in front of large groups (upwards of 42,000), knowing that image

and likeness may be used in advertising materials, on the videoboard, on sfgiants.com on social media, etc.

• Comfortable with public interactions and sharing knowledge of the San Francisco Giants organization.

• Execute pre-game and in-game features and entertainment.• Execute successful activations at festivals throughout the Bay Area.• Be able to lift at least 30 pounds.• Comfortable with physical activity, including, but not limited to, running around

the warning track and ballpark between innings.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

IS THE G-TEAM A FULL-TIME JOB?No. This is a part-time seasonal opportunity. Most team members have full-time jobs or are full-time students.

WHAT IS THE COMMITMENT?The Giants play an 81-home game schedule at Oracle Park, including nights, weekdays, weekends and holidays. Team members must be available for a minimum of 30 home games and 15 special events throughout the season (arrival time is approximately two hours prior to game time for a regular shift, and four hours prior to game time for a special event shift).

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF TEAM MEMBERS?Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:• Be prompt and available to work at least 30 home games and 15 special events,

including nights, weekdays, weekends and holidays.• Arrive on-time and ready to work for scheduled shifts.• Tie and throw promotional t-shirts from various levels of the ballpark.• Select energetic participants for all live in-park videoboard features.• Assisting in the setup and execution of Giants special event nights at Oracle Park.• Assist in the execution of pre-game and in-game fan interaction features. • Available to serve as a Giants ambassador at events and promotions throughout

the Bay Area.
