    PRESS RELEASE

    TrespassingOn May 8, 2011 William Dudley Baldwin, 27 of Lusby, Maryland was served a notice notto trespass at the K-Mart store in California, Maryland. On May 13, 2011 Baldwin

    entered onto the property of K-Mart in violation of the no trespassing notice. He wasarrested and charged with trespassing.

    TrespassingOn March 16, 2011 Oliver Henry Woods, Jr. 50 of no fixed address was served a noticenot to trespass on the property of Millison Plaza in Lexington Park, Maryland. On May13, 2011 Woods entered onto the property of Millison Plaza in violation of the notrespassing notice. He was arrested and charged with trespassing.

    Possession of a Controlled Dangerous SubstanceOn May 14, 2011 deputies were responding to a call for a robbery in the area ofChancellors Run Road and Great Mills Drive in Lexington Park, Maryland. Deputiesencounter Deandre Terille Taylor, 22 of Chaptico, Maryland, who matched thedescription of one of the suspected robbers but was determined not to be involved inthe robbery. Deputies did determine that Taylor was in possession of a controlleddangerous substance, suspected crack cocaine. He was arrested and charged withpossession of a controlled dangerous substance.

    Second Degree AssaultOn May 14, 2011 deputies responded to a residence on Penninsular Drive inHollywood, Maryland for a report of an assault. Investigation revealed David NMNFlynn, 47 of Hollywood, Maryland was engaged in a verbal dispute with the victim whichescalated into a physical assault when Flynn pushed the victim to the ground. Flynnwas arrested for second degree assault.

    Second Degree AssaultOn May 14, 2011 deputies responded to a residence on West Westbury Blvd. inLexington Park, Maryland for a report of an assault. Investigation revealed Andre LavonAnderson, 50 of Lexington Park, Maryland was engaged in a verbal dispute with thevictim which escalated into a physical assault when Anderson struck the victim in thehead. Anderson was arrested for second degree assault.

    Second Degree AssaultOn May 14, 2011 deputies responded to a residence on Relative Lane in Park Hall,Maryland for a report of an assault. Investigation revealed Michael ChristopherQuesenberry, 25 of Park Hall, Maryland was engaged in a verbal dispute with the victimwhich escalated into a physical assault when Quesenberry choked the victim.

    Quesenberry was arrested for second degree assault.
