At TEMA,the state's 24-hourOperations Centerrecorded more than1,100 severe weatherevents, warnings andmissions in 2009.

Ward had a strongodor of an intoxicantabout her person andstated she'd had twodrinks. Ms. Ward per-formed poorly on fieldsobriety tasks.
