the financial and sustainability

calculations. The diagnostic

measures occupancy intensity

of a given space, which when

analysed with electricity bills, meter readings and the

actual lighting, enables a holistic lighting analysis. The

effect of lowering peak demand (kVA) is also calculated.

Warehouses differ. Our unique ability to measure occu-

pancy intensity proves ROI and CO2 abatement up front.

Each line represents a day (24hrs). Black denotes occu-

pancy. White denotes lights on with no occupancy and the

blue denotes lights off.
