DESCRIPTIONThe property comprises an existing potato packing and storage facility with a separate office building to the front. The area between the warehouse buildings and surrounding the office accommodation has the benefit of concrete hard standing and there is a weighbridge to be included in the sale.

The main warehouse buildings are a mix of steel and concrete frames with a mix of asbestos and metal profiled cladding on both the walls and roof. The minimum eaves height varies from approximately 5m to 7.3m and there are a number of vehicle access doors into the main storage buildings which are sub-divided and provide a mix of chilled storage accommodation and a packing area.
