• Signs of stress: headache, stomachache and difficulty sleeping

• Identify the cause of stress: excitement and desire to perform well in the soccer game

• Do something about the cause of stress: practice with a teammate. Talk to your parents, guardian or coach about the stress

• Take action to reduce the harmful efforts of stress: take a warm bath before bed, relaxation exercises, or other stress busters
