Bruno Mars has a quite young target audience as his music is very mainstream and upbeat. He also follows fashion which would appeal to a young target audience.

AdvertisingAdvertising is directly selling the artists single or album. This is Bruno Mars’s album cover. It appeals to a young target audience as it has lots of bright colours. Also this album cover has a very creative picture that could appeal to a slightly older audience for example 18-21 year olds. Also the label would pay for the album or single.

This is an example of promotion as Bruno Mars is working with Pepsi to expand both companies target audience. Promotion benefits both the artist and the company as the artist gets paid for promote the company’s product and also get promotion and the company gets their target audience expanded and more promotion.
