WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

1. LImITEd PRoduCT WARRANTY

Exiom Solution (EXIOM) warrants its Photovoltaic Solar Modules (“MODULES”), including factory assembled DC connectors and cables, if any, to be free from defect in materials and workmanship under normal application, installation, and use and service conditions. If MODULES fail to conform to this warranty, during the period ending one hundred twenty (120) months from the date of sale as shown in the invoice to the first consumer of the product EXIOM will, at its option, either repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price as paid by the CUSTOMER, The repair of replacement or refund remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy provided under the “Limited Product Warranty” and shall not extend beyond the one hundred twenty (120) months period set forth herein.

Any MODULE quality issue related to repairing / exchanging/refunding will require the clients to present a testing report of all doubtful MODULES by certified third party(s) within ten (10) years validity period.

This “Limited Product Warranty” does not warrant a specific power output, which shall be exclusively covered under clause 2 hereinafter (“Limited Product Warranty”).

2. LImITEd PEAk PoWER WARRANTY

Power output of MODULES (Peak Power at STC): within 12 years the degradation rate is guaranteed less than 10%; within 25 years the degradation rate is guaranteed less than 20%. The MODULES are warranted for a period of twelve (12) years from the date of sale to the original customer purchase against power degradation in excess of ten (10) percent of the minimum power output measured at STC. Contact for repair or replacement of MODULES to restore lost power up to the minimum rated power output, provide such degradation is determined to be due to faulty workmanship of the module when the module was installed and used under normal conditions.

EXIOM promises that if the MODULES do not reach more than 90% of the nominal value, then EXIOM compensates for the loss of this power, in addition to the customer through the provision of repair or replacement of defective components or products, or in accordance with a yearly depreciation ratio to the original price to buy it back.

The PV MODULES are warranted for a period of twenty five (25) years from the date of sale to the original customer purchased against power degradation in excess of twenty (20) percent of the minimum power output measured at STC. Contact for repair or replacement of MODULES to restore lost power up to the minimum rated power output, provided such degradation is determined to be due to faulty workmanship of the MODULE when the MODULE was installed and used under normal condition.

EXIOM promises that if the MODULES do not reach more than 80% of the nominal value, then EXIOM compensates for the loss of this

power, in addition to the customer through the provision of repair or replacement of defective components or products, or in accordance with a yearly depreciation ratio to the original price to buy it back.

EXIOM shall not be liable to replace or repair the MODULES in accordance with this warranty if the serial or identification number has been altered, defaced or if the product is not probably installed and maintained in accordance with the manufactory written instruction.

3. ExCLusIoNs ANd LImITATIoNs

In any event, all warranty claims must be filed within the applicable warranty period. The “Limited Product Warranties” and the “Peak Power Warranties” do not apply to any modules which have been subjected to:

a. Alternation, improper installation or application; Non-observance of EXIOM’s installation and maintenance instruction;

b. Repair or modifications by someone other than an approved service technician of EXIOM;

c. Misuse, abuse, neglect or accident;

d. Power failure surges, lighting, flood, fire, accidental breakage or other events outside EXIOM’s control.

e. Warranty claims will not be honored if the type or serial number of the MODULES have been altered, removed or made illegible.

f. In case that the first purchaser sells or transfers the modules to third people, the warranty continues only if the sale or transfer is made known by writing to EXIOM SOLUTION prior to its realization.

g. The module installation in salty environment should be done with insulators to prevent galvanic corrosion between the module and its support structure

h. Both, the “Limited Product Warranties” and “Limited Peak Power Warranties” do not cover any transportation charge, customs clearance or any other costs for return of the MODULES, or for reshipment of any repaired or replaced MODULES, or costs associated with installation, removal or reinstallation of the PV-MODULES.

i. This “Limited Warranty for PV Modules” does not apply to MODULES marked as “Grade B” or “Grade C”.

j. This warranty shall only apply to original consumer purchaser of the module.
