• 08:15 hrs - Arrive back at JPGS. You can go home Mr Ashraf has agreed to give you the day off school to sleep and catch up with family.

• Please, as a matter of security, do not come to the airport to meet your children, we will deliver them back to you at JPGS.

Costs of Tour

• 13,500 SAR• Deposit paid of 2000 SAR

• Balance of 11,500 SAR due by Saturday 1st December

What the tour cost includes.• The final fee includes:

• Travel to and from King Abdulaziz International Airport

• Flights to Washington, and from New York both these will be via London Heathrow with British Airways

• Coach travel from Washington to New York

• Hotel accommodation for the duration of the stay

What the cost includes.• The final fee includes:

• The service of a local tour representative, whilst in America

• Daily local English speaking guides throughout the tour

• Full Breakfast at the Hotel each day, also an evening meal at local restaurants each day

• In resort transport and all 13 planned visits, including a Broadway show.

Immigration Matters

• Visa processing is your responsibility• School can advise, and provide all necessary

paperwork to assist with your application • ESTA is the easiest option if available, to

• Electronic System for Travel Authorisation – ESTA

• What is ESTA?• ESTA is the ‘Electronic System for Travel Authorisation’ issued by the US

Department of Homeland Security, which allows citizens of certain countries to travel under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP)

• Requirements for travelling on the VWP• You can travel for business, pleasure or transit only, and• stay in the US for less than 90 days, and• hold a confirmed return or onward ticket (or e-ticket receipt), and• you must obtain travel authorisation by completing the online ESTA form.

• What documents do I need to travel on the VWP?• Each person travelling must:• i) have an e-passport OR a Machine Readable Passport

ii) AND have obtained an approved ESTA.• If not, you will have to obtain a US visa before you travel.

Visa Waiver Program

• Nationalities entitled to use the Visa Waiver Program

• Andorra, France, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Australia, Germany, Lithuania, Singapore, Austria, Greece, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Belgium, Hungary, Malta, Slovenia, Brunei, Iceland, Monaco, South Korea, Czech Republic, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Denmark, Italy,

New Zealand, Sweden, Estonia, Japan, Norway, Switzerland, Finland, Latvia, Portugal, United Kingdom.

• Nationals of these countries must hold an e-passport or a Machine Readable Passport (MRP) in order to travel under the VWP.

• Holders of passports which are not machine readable or e-passports must obtain a US visa prior to travelling to the US.
