DESCRIPTION
Although I'm happy with the AAA's decision to keep Arbitrator Gregory, there are a lot of things wrong with this letter. One being that the decision was not written by the Arbitration Review Council (ARC), which it should be.TRANSCRIPT

Dear Parties:
After careful consideration of the parties’ contentions, the Association has determined that David L.
Gregory will be reaffirmed as an arbitrator in the above matter. This determination was made in
consultation with the appropriate case management personnel.
Arbitrator Gregory has asked that Respondent submit a response to Claimant’s July 26, 2013 Motion for
Clarification and Modification of the July 15, 2013 Interim Decision, on or before end of business on
Friday, September 13, 2013.
The Arbitrator has also requested that Claimant submit an updated copy of its proposed discovery and
hearing schedule as the dates set forth in the proposed schedule are no longer feasible. The updated
proposed schedule is to be submitted on or before end of business on Friday, September 13, 2013.
Should you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
