    WM will provide a 64 gallon cart for garbagecollection and a 64 gallon cart for recycling.

    The use of recycling carts will extend the lifeof the landfill by expanding our recycling

    program.

    The use of carts will reduce roadside litteringand improve the communitys appearance.
