Calendar Notes ♻ This calendar is only valid for West side residents. Garbage and Recycling collection will only occur on the

shaded day for the West Side area as shown above

♻ Garbage and Recycling are collected once every two weeks from Tuesday to Friday

♻ Please place your curbside collection items by 8:00am and ensure all recycling is clean and sorted

City Waste Management Programs

♻ Garbage bags must not be larger than 89cm x 127cm (35in x 50in), garbage cans no larger than 136 litres

♻ Garbage weight restrictions are up to 18kg (40lbs) per bag or container

♻ Up to 4 tagged garbage bags or containers can be put out per household. There is no limit for recycling

♻ Flatten and bundle all corrugated cardboard placed at the curb for monthly Monday collection

♻ Household Hazardous Waste is only accepted on specific days outlined on the reverse side. Check out our

website for a full list of acceptable items. The location is at 1900 20th Street East from 9:00am—2:00pm

♻ The leaf & yard waste composting facility is open seven days a week from 8:00am—8:00pm

Additional waste and recycling can be brought to The Miller Waste Transfer Station. Fees apply for garbage
